Stretches for the Neck and Side Body

I'll leave cool down and stretches to your preferred routine, but I wanted to give you a few targeted stretches for the neck and upper body and sides since they are all under heavy use in these exercises and something you might not normally remember to do. Proper warm up and cool down is especially important for raqs el-shamadan because we are asking our bodies to do a lot of unusual things and carrying weight can take a toll without adequate care.
